10. Data Retention Period

• OFMECO will retain your personal data processed through technical cookies to ensure proper use of the Website for a period not exceeding 12 (twelve) months from the date of collection, in accordance with what is specified in Section 2.1 of the Cookie Policy.
• OFMECO will retain your personal data processed through non-technical and profiling cookies to provide personalized services for a period not exceeding 12 (twelve) months from the date of collection, in accordance with what is specified in Section 2.2 of the Cookie Policy.
