Project development

After the basic design phase, details and shop drawings are produced.

Our draftsmen use specific software (such as Autocad 2D, PTC Creo 3D, ...) to develop construction drawings which are addressed directly to our purchasing and production departments.

At the same time our QC Manager issues Quality Control Plans and Welding Books :

• QCP are developed based on the specifications issued by Client and in compliance with the provisions of the applicable code to ensure the highest quality standard in the manufacturing of the equipment.
• Welding Books include all details of the welds related to the equipment: specifically identifying types of welds, dimensions, materials, WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), heat treatments, and qualified personnel responsible for welding execution.

These documents shall form the Final Dossier fed according to “Index” agreed with Client.
